Thank you for your interest in Joyful Learning/Southbrook Academy! We are so proud to be entering into our 27th year of high quality education. Students at Joyful Learning/Southbrook Academy thrive with our small class sizes, individualized attention, and developmentally appropriate, engaging curriculum.

The enthusiastic teachers at Joyful Learning/Southbrook Academy create an atmosphere of active learning. Students are engaged in the challenging, in-depth curriculum through a variety of hands-on learning experiences. As they learn and grow each day, they are nurtured and supported in their efforts, discovering that learning is a life-long process meant to be enjoyed.

We firmly believe that all children have different learning styles, and, with this in mind, we strive to tailor their experience to their needs, while, at the same time, opening their minds to new interests and ideas. We assist them in achieving success which builds upon itself and leads to future achievement.

Starting in our preschool program and moving all the way to our sixth grade classroom, the guiding principle is that learning should be a continuous, joyful experience in a safe, nurturing environment.
